Ting Heng Seafood Restaurant

My first experience with Ting Heng Seafood Restaurant was way back in 2009, where my great food hunting colleagues brought me there. Ever since then I have felt in love with Ting Heng and it is always one of my first choice when it comes to my craving for seafood mood was on.

The foods here are very decent and better than most of the other zi char restaurant with a very reasonable price, which I think is one of their biggest advantages. Today I am going to pay a visit with my colleagues again.

Ting Heng’s steamboat was always their signature dish however we decide to give another dish a try since most of us are not in a mood for steamboat.

Crispy Roasted Spring Chicken


This is definitely a highly recommended dish. The skins are very crispy yet the meat is very tender and moist. The combination of crisp and moist makes you feel heaven-liked in 1 bite.

Ting Heng Signature Oyster


It is one of the odd but savory way to taste the oyster with various of seasoning sauces and chopped garlic & spring onions. It enhances the freshness and taste of oyster in a brilliant way.

Special Styled Stewed Prawn 


The prawns were fresh, juicy and succulent! This is the best dish I tasted today. The taste is kind of hard to describe with merely words and I must say it is a must-try dish if you ever been to Ting Heng Seafood Restaurant.

My overall dining experience with Ting Heng has never gone back or let me down, and my colleagues seem to be very satisfy too. I will be return for their signature steamboat next time!
