JPot

Steamboat is something I don’t particularly like for certain reasons. However, I had been to JPot numerous times initiated by my family and friends. I certainly like this place for their food and the price for JPot was attractive as well, the price range is really value for money and tastes good.

My recently visit to JPot was for my friend’s birthday. We were allowed to choose for round table or booth in the air-conditioned restaurant or to enjoy the alfresco dining. We choose the air-conditioned over the natural breeze.

Each person has an individual hotpot and get to choose from a variety of soup bases - JPot Superior Broth, Porridge, Laksa, Bak Kut Teh, Herbal, Tom Yum and vegetarian.  We get the JPot Superior Broth and Tom Yum. The Tom Yum soup base was exactly how it's supposed to be- spicy and sour. Perfectly appetizing.

Here with some items that i think i loved the most at the moment:

    Fried Beancurd skin

    Kurobuta Pork

    Dim Sum combination

    Enoki Mushroom

Overall i am very satisfy with the meal moreover it is my friend's birthday and we shares great moment together. JPot is the only steamboat restaurant that i acknowledge as a great steamboat place, their price, their service, their food and their ambiance are just making me cravings for more.
