Kazu Sumiyaki

I heard quite a numbers of my friends & colleague mentions of this place and the feedbacks are mostly positive, therefore I decide to make my way down here tonight to check out how good the food serves at here.

When I reaches there I was absolutely caught by surprise of the crowds, luckily I did made a reservation before I came with the advice from my friend. Although Kazu does not feel like a real authentic Japanese restaurant as we are served by Chinese speaking waitress but the service was attentive and efficient.

Grilled Foie Gras

This is the Must-Order dish in my own opinion as it was really crispy on the outside and it melts in your mouth once you bite in, the best way to eat it is to place each whole piece entirely in your mouth and savour the flavour as you bite in and let it melt. Furthermore the foie gras was in a very reasonable price for $6.80 per stick only.

There are 4 of us and we are able to order varities of grill delicacies to try out, below is the savory dishes that we ordered and highly recommended by me.

Oyster with Ponzu Sauce

Fragrant Garlic Rice

Grilled Bacon with mushrooms

Grilled Asparagus wrapped with bacon

A huge thanks to my friends & colleague that recommended this place to me as I'm so glad that I came here. This was one of the most satisfying meals that I've had in a while.
