Top 5 dessert u must try in Singapore!

1) Flavour Flings LLP

Flavour Flings LLP is a charming cafe tucked away in a corner under the block of flats in Hougang, offering breakfast and brunch where you can enjoy tantalizing French and American cuisine. A Cafe in the heartlands and neighborhoods of the North East.

The warm rustic, modern and vibrant ambience already made me feel very welcomed the moment I stepped in. Eggs Jupiter was definitely for cheese lovers. The combination of the cheese and the eggs is interesting as this is the first time I had come across such a combination. The iced chocolate was good, definitely for dark chocolate lovers as it's really bitter. Then came their fantastic Pancakes drizzled in salted caramel and melt in the mouth bananas. Creme Brulee was pretty impressive, a crackling melted sugar layer on the top that cracks with a knock of a spoon that reveals sweet, eggy goodness within.

The restaurant has low lighting to create a nice and warm feeling with beautiful chandelier hanging in the middle of the room. The walls are decorated with red brick walls, furnished with wooden furniture's creating a touch of elegance.

Enjoy the waffles with their in-house gelato of 16 flavors which changes often. Their Signature Gelato Waffle comes with up to 2 scoops of gelato of your choice, it was pretty much the same as the other 2 outlets with their signature cocoa powder dusted logo on the plate. Salted caramel waffle with Earl Grey for the one ice cream scoop. The ice cream was very flavorful and had an intense early grey taste. The waffles were fluffy, thick and crispy on the outside. Would return for their waffles again, and try new ice cream flavors!

4) Fullhouse Signature Singapore

Fullhouse Signature has now re-opened at one of Singapore's most popular nightspot at Clarke Quay, just opposite The Central. As you enter, you will be greeted by the cute Fullhouse Family that is the 4 mascots of Thomas (Dad), Tracy (Mum), Tony (son) and Tiffani (daughter). Every corner of the interior is beautifully decorated with lovely classic vintage style that is also custom-made from overseas to strongly enhance the true perfection of a relaxing cafe.

I was never a fan of Fullhouse Ravioli, but this might be the dish that could possibly change my perception of ravioli. Stuffed with minced prawns, squids and spinach, The soft, chewy exterior is a tad thick and gets hard when cold. Please do eat it almost immediately and the fillings inside should complement well. The Crunchy Cheese Sticks was exterior is fried till crisp, and the cheese is tasty. If you were rejoicing cause you thought there was a new lava cake (Molten chocolate cake) to try, look again. This is a molten chocolate cake, which means the inside is cooked through. I found it pretty hard for my liking.

The gelato is smooth and rich in pistachio flavor  that make us want to go for another scoop! Their signature drink is a Flat White with whipped cream, almond flakes and caramel sauce. It's sweet when mixed, and it kinds of remind me of Starbucks-style coffee.
