Deer Beer # One Of My Favourite Tze Char Restaurants In Singapore

Having started out at D’Kranji Farm Resort in 2008, De Beer Seafood Restaurant has since flourished and now has another outlet at Sunset Lane Way. Known as your typical authentic local seafood restaurant, De Beer offers a wide selection of dishes, each prepared meticulously using only high quality and fresh ingredients. If you are looking for a restaurant to satisfy your seafood cravings, this restaurant is definitely one that I would highly recommend.
This Chinese-style seafood restaurant is known for its signature dishes such as the highly raved Salted Egg Crab, Crispy Yam Ring, Suckling Pig, Flaming Chicken and De’ Beer Specialty Fried ‘Lala’ Beehoon. What stood out most for me was their specialty fried beehoon. Succulent and tender, every bite into one of the Lala released spurts of seafood goodness. If you prefer your noodles to be extremely wet with lots of sauce, this is the dish for you. I would also highly recommend their Salted Egg Crab, with a generous amount of salted egg goodness crusted on the entire exterior of the glorious crab. I am not ashamed to say that I actually licked the crab clean. The flesh was also extremely fresh with a delicate sweet after-taste to it. On my next visit to De Beer, this is definitely going to be the first dish that I would order
De Beer Seafood Restaurant indeed excels in their specialty dishes, most of which involve seafood. The restaurant was exceedingly spacious, with both indoors and outdoors seating available. It’s interior décor was kept minimal, which lends a comforting and modern feel to the restaurant. I am definitely visiting this restaurant again for their excellent service and delicious food.
