Chicken Cordon Bleu - It came stuffed generously with turkey ham and cheese, topped with creamy mustard sauce. The taste was very rich and the chicken was moist. Accompanied with roasted wedges and mesclun salad, this is a dish to order when you visit café Etc.

Buffalo wing is a classic bar food. The wings come in drumettes and mid wings with tip. They are crisp skinned and juicy. It was good when the fajita kicks in with added lime finish. Definitely not overpowering at all. This is definitely a great wing to go with a pint of ice cold beer.

The salted egg carbonara carries the most intense and thick flavor out of all the pasta dishes l've tried. I believe the pasta was cooked al forno which means the pasta was cooked twice. The taste however, was not purely of salted egg but rather a combination of salted egg, turkey bacons and mushroom flavor, which tastes really good.
No matter how many times I have eaten here, I am always excited to come back for more.
