The Lala bee hoon was served with a big and succulent prawn in a milky broth. At the first taste, I was transported to prawn and lala heaven. I love prawns and have tried many versions but I had never tried so tasty soupy combination of prawns and bee hoon. It was simply delicious! The secret ingredient is using their 7 hours boiled broth, hence it has milky colour and the taste of lala flavour.
Boster Lobster with many seafood, scallop, mussel fresh and broth is really good very consistently delicious. When it comes to lobsters, lobster is one of those ingredients that is very delicious but not very versatile. The lobster has stir-fried with ginger and scallion was very yummy has the wok.
Asam Fish Head, this particular dish that I really crave for. It’s like the most delicious asam fish ever. It has everything, spicy, sour, sweet, savory, and I can eat just this one dish alone. Believe me, it is that good
The literal translation for (Ching Long Choy) is green dragon vegetable, this vegatable is none other than chives, also known as garlic chives, Oriental garlic, Chinese leek. I like the taste of "gau choy".
